(Rouge Restaurant – 812 Westheimer) Rouge Restaurant has completed the expansion of its facilities to include a new banquet room with a capacity of up to 60 people. The new banquet room follows the same designer decorated theme as the restaurant itself. This expansion gives Rouge three banquet rooms ranging in capacity from 10 to 200 guests, making it a top Houston restaurant for private dining and banquets.

The expansion is completed in time for the holiday season. This new facility will help meet the general market and corporate needs for private dinning facilities. The need for corporate and private meeting places continues to grow and while Houston restaurants have typically filled this need, a shortage of private rooms on key nights has created a need for new facilities within existing restaurants.

The size of an event often limits itself to the availability of private rooms. Many Houston restaurants make it cost prohibitive to smaller functions due to the size of their private dining rooms. Corporate and private meetings, weddings, rehearsal dinners, medical seminars and even birthday parties are often booked in dining rooms where privacy dining is not available. Often it is the minimum expenditures set by the restaurants that make these rooms unavailable.

Rouge recognized the market need for additional and flexible private dining facilities. By providing rooms with a capacity of 10 – 30 guests, 25 – 60 guests, and 50 – 200 guests Rouge can handle all party capacities except the very largest. Rouge has been providing elegant dining and private functions for over four years.
